As sad as it is for Nat to admit, this is true. We love everything about the internet, how it opens up communication and interaction where is wasn't previously possible, how you can waste hours blogging and twittering and chatting to people you'd never otherwise have met.

Between us, we have years of experience, working with small businesses, Government agencies, and web startups, we have a unique set of skills and a passion for simple, usable web design.

Interaction designer and almighty director

Natalie co-founded Decisive Flow back in 2005, previously she was a founding team member in a web based business management company, evolutionone. Natalie has a unique mix of design, usability, web marketing and startup experience that gives her the ability to tackle any project with a holistic approach. She's just returned from a year full time with online startup PlanHQ, which she co-founded and where she drove the marketing and design as well as contributing to many of the other areas that lead to a successful startup. 

 

Emma HughesEmma Hughes

Interaction designer and the fastest HTML'er you'll ever see

With her ability to beat all deadlines, Emma keeps our office calm and controlled. Emma joined us after working for Cantebury clothing company in New Zealand and was responsible for developing web marketing campaigns that achieved real business results. Her wonderful design skills (and her iconography talents), mixed with her ability to focus on leading people down the simplest path to the outcomes they are after have made her quickly become an invaluable member of every project she works on.

 

AlexAlexi Nijathaworn

Interaction designer and Flash guru

Alex is currently studying Digital Media Design with a focus on usability, and brings these skills to the team alongside a great 'get stuff done' attitude. Alex has accidentally fallen into the role of office Flash guru and creates exceptional Flash movies that help explain what a business is all about. She is also responsible for tidying up minor issues and making additions to existing websites so that all our customer's continue to get more out of the web.

Kelle is still studying design at Massey University and works with us part time. With a talent for animation and an eye for good design, Kelle has proven from day one that she's got what it takes. Kelle is quick learner and has embraced our style of design with ease, she is also very easy to talk to if you have any questions!

 

 

 

 

KomalKomal Chhiba

Accountant and business organiser

Komal started helping us with out accounts when we realised that it wasn't our strong point. A stickler for detail, Komal gets upset if our monthly balances are 10 cents off. Komal allows us to get on with what we do best while she sorts out the hard stuff.

Komal has a BCA majoring in Accounting. Her work history includes Fonterra (formerly The Dairy Board) and the Department of Corrections.
