All our sites are simple and usable

Do Some Good Now

LJ Urban saw massive waste in the traditional marketing process, so instead of marketing their new, world-friendly housing project using billboards, we helped them create a website. The Do Some Good Now website is an innovator in the way companies market their products, with double rewards - cool products that result in real good for the world.

Decisive Flow designed a workflow that explained the story of the project as well as encourage people to spread the word- For every 100,000 visitors, LJ Urban are paying for the training of one mason in Burkina Faso.  We are continuing to help drive people to the site ongoing and working with LJ Urban to continuously tweak this new, ethical approach to advertising products.

zogix

Zogix

Zogix makes travel and entertainment service procurement easy (and eco-friendly!!!) - but their website didn't make it sound too simple. While Zogix quietly changes the way companies buy goods and services, we thought their website should loudly show just how cool the product is.

With an official launch at Oracle Open World looming, we rebuilt the website from the ground up, simplifying, clarifying and restructuring the way their product is explained and showing how different members within an organisation benefit.

Social Media

Social Media helps application developers tap into social media. Very much embedded in the Web 2.0 space, Social Media offers a range of services that help people take advantage of a new but rapidly growing method of reaching people. Their breakthrough services had to be reflected in an innovative and cutting edge website - in a hurry.

After raising $US3.5 million and an important re-launch a mere week away, we turned their website into a sleek, shiny representation of the company, with great reviews from TechCrunch and Venturebeat

Medrecruit

Medrecruit is changing the way doctors find jobs. While they currently work on the ground, they plan to be purely web based so their website is vital to the success of their business. The website needed to make it as simple as possible for people to sign up to find out about new jobs and to really emphasise Med Recruit's point of difference - lifestyle based job hunting.

Med Recruit is a global company, targeting people from the UK, Australia and New Zealand and is build to change the way doctors choose where to work. The website is an innovative take on the job hunting process and has been featured on Springwise

IAA

The New Zealand Labour Department needed a new website that explains and informs people about a new immigration act. The website needed to cater to people who have english as a second language and ensure that everyone affected can have their say.

We incorporated the New Zealand e-Government guidelines as well as our knowledge of web usability to simplify and clarify every aspect of the bill and created a site that offers the right information to every affected party.

PlanHQ

Natalie was a co-founder and is a shareholder in Wellington based online business planning startup PlanHQ. Convincing business owners to move away from static word documents to an online system to manage their business plan is no easy task, and it involved a lot of work in both the front end website and the design of the full application.

One of the keys to the success of PlanHQ has been the focus on usability to create a customer experience that converts even the most technically challenged CEO's to make the leap online and trust their most secure business information to a web company. After launching at Demo, PlanHQ has been featured in both Springwise and Techcrunch

Circos.com

Circos.com helps consumers find the products and services that best match their lifestyle. With a launch at Demo just a month away, we worked very closely with Circos to completely re-design the website. The focus was on making it feel and act much like a trusted friend, from the colour scheme to the way people would interact with it.

Decisive Flow re-vamped the entire look of the site and created an updated logo to reflect the changes. We also re-worked the search process to make it more intuitive and faster to get and compare results.

williment

Williment

Williment are an awesome Wellington based travel company. We are their virtual web department and often sigh in awe of the cool trips and packages they rummage up and we add to their site. After creating their website a couple of years ago, we make monthly updates to help Williment build one of the best, most interactive travel sites we've come across. This really onto it company is really going places and we've really enjoyed bringing their website with them.

bsa

NZ Broadcasting Standards Authority

We have worked closely with the BSA over the past few years to ensure their website not only upholds the New Zealand Governemnt e-guidelines, but presents important information accurately and timely. Another fascinating site (have you ever read the complaints people submit to the BSA?) and another organisation we work very closely with on a month to month basis to ensure they get the full benefits from their website.

rmh

Ronald Mc Donald House

From the moment we first met them, the team at Ronald Mc Donald house in Wellington captured our hearts. The work they do is tremendous and it was an absolute privelage to do whatever we could to make their job easier and the lives of the kids they help better. RMH suffers many of the same problems that affect all charities, lack of funding, constant overflows of people in need, but their dedication is something I've never quite seen before. We helped them create a site that truely reflects their home- away-from-home and have a couple more potential projects lined up, so watch this space!

TAANZ

Travel Agent's Association of NZ

TAANZ is the Travel Agents Associaltion of New Zealand, they are a group of travel agents who have banded together to offer a safer, better travel experience... But their website didn't quite uphold it's end of the bargain. We created a website that eases the administrative load of the people behind TAANZ by making it simple for travelers to make the decision to use a travel agent and locate one in their area.

Picture 39

whhf.org.nz

WHHF makes people's lives easier, so we wanted to make their website easier to use. We have worked closely with the Foundation to completely overhaul their original website and turn it into something that inspires people in Wellington to get involved. As with Ronald Mc Donald House, we offer substantial discounts to charities we believe in, which forms part of our small contribution to the work that these amazing people do.

melinamartin

Melina Martin

Melina Martin received her first order a few hours after her website went live. We think this is the true meaning of a successful website. Melina's website is a work in progress, she is just starting out in business and moving to the web was a big step. However, as her business grows, we will be there to help her grow her website alongside it... and after one of her designs was featured in a premier New Zealand House and Garden magazine, we think it probably wont be too long until we get cracking on the next iteration.
