All our sites are simple and usable

bugtrack

Bug Track

Foresoft are a web product company with a suite of tools that make business life easier. However the web 2.0 mvement left them feeling like their websites were struggling to stand out in the crowd and failing to attract the number of signups they were after.

We started with Bugtrack, with the expectation we WOULD increate the number of people who signup fior a free trial. In the cut throat web-product business, this can be a big task. However, the official results are in and the free trial conversion rate has ALMOST TRIPLED.

made it

MadeIt

Made it are an awesome event booking and payment tool. Decisive Flow completely re-designed their honepage and site look and feel to convey the ability for anyone to get an event off the ground.

We worked with MadeIt to simplify their website and make it so easy for people to understand the concept in the first 2 seconds and get started.

paraplanplus

Paraplan Plus

Richard Allum is an outsourced paraplanner - for most people this means not much! Decisive Flow worked closely with Paraplan Plus to create a site that simply and easily explains what they do andhow they stand out from the pack.

cashtrack

Cashtrack

Cashtrack is an awesome new tool that helps New Zealander's track their money - where it comes from and where it goes. Decisive Flow designed and built the user interface that has caused a craze of note additions int he office!

welllocated

Well Located

Well Located is an awesome personalised relocation service. If you are moving to Wellington, Elaine is your woman. Elaine came to us with a plan and an awesome idea, and we worked with her to create a brand and website that reflects her totally personalised and unique service.

The aim of this website was to show you have other options than a faceless corporate relocation service. Customers have the option to pix and mix services and take advantage of Elaines local knowledge and personal experience.

TAANZ

Travel Agent's Association of NZ

TAANZ is the Travel Agents Associaltion of New Zealand, they are a group of travel agents who have banded together to offer a safer, better travel experience... But their website didn't quite uphold it's end of the bargain. We created a website that eases the administrative load of the people behind TAANZ by making it simple for travelers to make the decision to use a travel agent and locate one in their area.

vault

Vault Consulting

Marie-Claire is a networking and business development guru. She is the person to know around Wellington and has been enthusiastically helping New Zealand startups succeed since she arrived here from the UK. After a year of operation, it was time for Vault Consulting to have a website that reflects the dynamic, classy and slick organisation behind it. Decisive Flow worked closely with Marie Claire to gett he website made and launched within a month, in time for the much anticipted Vault run 'Sects in the City' party.

bsa

NZ Broadcasting Standards Authority

We have worked closely with the BSA over the past few years to ensure their website not only upholds the New Zealand Governemnt e-guidelines, but presents important information accurately and timely. Another fascinating site (have you ever read the complaints people submit to the BSA?) and another organisation we work very closely with on a month to month basis to ensure they get the full benefits from their website.

justforkids

Just for Kids

Hospitals are scary places for us all, and for children who are very sick, the added stress of hospital visits can be a nightmare. Decisive Flow worked with the Wellington Hospitals and Health Foundation to provide Wellingston kids with a website that they can browse around before and during their visits to get to grips with where they will be going. The aim was to help kids be more comfortable and informed and feedback suggest we nailed it!

Note: Decisive Flow heavily discounts all work  we do for charities and non-profits we believe in. Please contact us if you would like to learn more!

IAA

The New Zealand Labour Department needed a new website that explains and informs people about a new immigration act. The website needed to cater to people who have english as a second language and ensure that everyone affected can have their say.

We incorporated the New Zealand e-Government guidelines as well as our knowledge of web usability to simplify and clarify every aspect of the bill and created a site that offers the right information to every affected party.

conferenceworks

Conference Works

Conference Works are professional conference organisers, here in Wellington. They are a slick, modern organising team, but their website made them look dull and old fashioned. Decisive Flow worked with Conference Works to create a dynamic website that shows off the amazing work they do.

melinamartin

Melina Martin

Melina Martin received her first order a few hours after her website went live. We think this is the true meaning of a successful website. Melina's website is a work in progress, she is just starting out in business and moving to the web was a big step. However, as her business grows, we will be there to help her grow her website alongside it... and after one of her designs was featured in a premier New Zealand House and Garden magazine, we think it probably wont be too long until we get cracking on the next iteration.

whhf.org.nz

WHHF makes people's lives easier, so we wanted to make their website easier to use. We have worked closely with the Foundation to completely overhaul their original website and turn it into something that inspires people in Wellington to get involved. As with Ronald Mc Donald House, we offer substantial discounts to charities we believe in, which forms part of our small contribution to the work that these amazing people do.

PlanHQ

Natalie was a co-founder and is a shareholder in Wellington based online business planning startup PlanHQ. Convincing business owners to move away from static word documents to an online system to manage their business plan is no easy task, and it involved a lot of work in both the front end website and the design of the full application.

One of the keys to the success of PlanHQ has been the focus on usability to create a customer experience that converts even the most technically challenged CEO's to make the leap online and trust their most secure business information to a web company. After launching at Demo, PlanHQ has been featured in both Springwise and Techcrunch

williment

Williment

Williment are an awesome Wellington based travel company. We are their virtual web department and often sigh in awe of the cool trips and packages they rummage up and we add to their site. After creating their website a couple of years ago, we make monthly updates to help Williment build one of the best, most interactive travel sites we've come across. This really onto it company is really going places and we've really enjoyed bringing their website with them.

rmh

Ronald Mc Donald House

From the moment we first met them, the team at Ronald Mc Donald house in Wellington captured our hearts. The work they do is tremendous and it was an absolute privelage to do whatever we could to make their job easier and the lives of the kids they help better. RMH suffers many of the same problems that affect all charities, lack of funding, constant overflows of people in need, but their dedication is something I've never quite seen before. We helped them create a site that truely reflects their home- away-from-home and have a couple more potential projects lined up, so watch this space!

valuecruncher

Value Cruncher

Valure Cruncher allows everyone to get involved in the stock market. Their website was already slick, but the Value Cruncher team wanted Decisive Flow to tweak the design, remove a few blocks and make it as simple as possible for people to get involved in creating company valuations. We worked with them to simplify and modernise the design and make it as simple and easy as possible to get involved in the site.
